Dissemination and exploitation activities through international outreach, identification and management of exploitable results and communication and dissemination activities.
Gender Equality issues will be integrated at each project stage. The project partners will ensure that dissemination and communications of major scientific results and new healthy and circular bio economy products are equally targeted to men and women. Gender balance will add value to research by ensuring excellence, quality and enhancing sustainability; to the society by making research more responsive to social needs and to business by developing new ideas, patents, and technologies. Furthermore, gender perspective will be addressed in VALOstones as an integral part of the work plan. Specific efforts will be taken in WP5 to engage women in new products development activities, increasing access to information (women empowerment) and financial resources (e.g. new local jobs for women and new industries creation).
