Evaluation of antioxidant activity of the obtained extracts by using free radical inhibitory tests including DPPH, FRAP, ABTS and ß-carotene bleaching assays and the inhibitory effects of enzymes involved in ROS generation including catalase, Superoxide dismutases (SODs), and NADPH oxidases.
