Site Visit to Italian Milling Facility

As part of the technical exchange during the annual meeting, project partners conducted a guided visit to a local olive milling facility in Italy. The visit provided valuable insight into current olive stone valorization practices and inspired new ideas for sustainable biopolymer extraction.
